These Terms of Service govern the use of LITHIC, a software application owned and operated by Green Arkitekter AB.

By accessing or using LITHIC you agree to these Terms.

LITHIC is a cloud platform for deterministic construction intelligence.

The platform enables users to analyse BIM models, evaluate construction products, assess pricing and sustainability information, and produce auditable construction decisions supported by project evidence.

Users are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of their account
• safeguarding authentication credentials
• ensuring account information remains accurate
• activities performed under their account

You agree not to:

• violate applicable laws
• interfere with platform security
• upload malicious software
• attempt unauthorised access
• misuse APIs
• interfere with other users
• reverse engineer the platform except where permitted by law

Users retain ownership of all content uploaded to LITHIC, including:

• BIM models
• documents
• specifications
• project information
• product selections
• construction data

You grant Green Arkitekter AB a limited licence to process this information solely for the purpose of providing the LITHIC service.

All rights relating to LITHIC remain the property of Green Arkitekter AB.

This includes:

• software
• algorithms
• user interfaces
• trademarks
• graphics
• documentation
• source code
• platform architecture

While we aim to provide a reliable service, LITHIC is provided on an "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Certain features may be designated as beta or preview functionality.

Such features may change, be modified or be removed without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Green Arkitekter AB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of LITHIC.

Users remain responsible for professional judgement and compliance with applicable construction regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• violate these Terms
• threaten platform security
• misuse the service
• engage in unlawful activities

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.

Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Sweden unless otherwise required by applicable law.

These Terms may be updated from time to time.

Continued use of LITHIC after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
