Solutions
Know what the result covers.
Understand the evidence, coverage and unresolved decisions behind a building outcome.

Ask what is included
A total is useful only when its scope is clear. Establish which model version, elements, products and quantity basis contribute to a result, and which parts remain unresolved.
Keep cost and carbon in context
Both depend on the selected construction and products. Compare outcomes on an equivalent basis, including commercial units and the declared carbon indicator and lifecycle modules.
Retain the decision record
A receipt preserves a particular outcome and the evidence behind it. Later changes should be reviewed as new decisions without rewriting what the earlier record meant.
Begin with a decision you need to make
Bring a practical question: why a build-up was chosen, what a product change affects, or what is missing before an outcome can be trusted. Agree a bounded scope for a walkthrough.
