A model describes a building, but important reasoning often ends up in separate spreadsheets, documents and conversations. LITHIC brings the decision and its evidence back into the project's context.
What LITHIC focuses on
The decision chain connects identity and system classification to contracts, recipes, material requirements, products, price, cost, carbon and a recorded receipt. Missing evidence remains visible.
Built from industry experience
LITHIC was founded by Ben O'Donnell Hansson, an architect, co-founder of BIMobject and founder of LITHIC. The platform reflects a practical concern: professionals should be able to understand and defend the basis of a construction choice.
The company
LITHIC is owned and operated by Green Arkitekter AB in Sweden. The existing Privacy Policy and Terms of Service describe the published legal basis for use.
