You’ve applied.
What happens next.

This page explains how a LITHIC pilot application is handled, what we agree before access is arranged, and how your team starts using LITHIC Core.

Where your application stands

Saving your application confirms we hold your details. It does not confirm acceptance into the pilot, and it does not create a LITHIC account. Access is arranged after the scope conversation below.

Keep the reference from your confirmation email — it helps us find your application quickly.

The path from application to access

What happens next,
step by step.

Every application follows the same path. The length of it depends on your model source and how clearly the first scope can be defined.

01

We read what you sent

Your role, the model source you work from and the decision you need to make. Applications are reviewed by the LITHIC team.

02

We reply to your email

We answer the address you gave us. If a few working days pass without a reply, email demo@lithiccore.com with your reference.

03

We agree fit and scope

A short conversation about your model source, the evidence it carries and what a useful first assessment would cover.

04

Access is arranged

If the scope works for both sides, we set up access for your team and agree what the pilot will cover.

Applying does not create an account or grant immediate access. Supported source coverage, quantity rules and available cost and carbon evidence determine what can be assessed, and these are agreed during onboarding.

How you’ll use LITHIC

From model evidence
to material decisions.

Once access is arranged, your team works through the same progressive path the platform is built around. You do not need to complete a whole building to get a first result.

01

Start from a model version

Point LITHIC at Autodesk ACC / Forma or a supported Archicad export. Elements keep their model context.

02

Confirm the build-up

Classify elements and confirm Recipes and material requirements. Incomplete or incompatible information stays unresolved.

03

Assess before choosing Products

Generic cost and embodied carbon from qualified rates and factors. Partial subtotals stay labelled as partial.

04

Refine against the baseline

Develop manufacturer-specific options against the generic baseline, retaining the evidence behind each assessment.

Before your first session

What’s useful
to have ready.

None of this is required to apply. It is what makes the first session together productive.

Have to hand

  • A model you can give access to — an Autodesk ACC / Forma project or an Archicad export.
  • A defined scope to start with: one building, one storey or one system type.
  • The people who need the result — architect, BIM, cost and sustainability roles.
  • What you want to assess: cost, embodied carbon, or a specific build-up.
  • Anything you cannot share. Confidential project data is not needed to begin.

If some of this is missing, say so in your reply. Missing evidence is a normal starting point at LITHIC, not a reason to guess.

Rather talk first?

Start with
a conversation.

You don’t need to wait for a reply to book time. A 30-minute walkthrough shows one wall taken from model evidence to a traceable decision.
