windows
Each (count); glazed area (m²) where a recipe states an area basis
Where this element is normally designated in each Swedish reference system. Code values stay with their publishers.
| System | Designated in | What it establishes |
|---|---|---|
| CoClass | Components, within the enclosing functional system | A window is a component of the climate shell; thermal duty comes from the shell's requirement. |
| BIP | Object designation plus U-value and sound property designations | Makes the declared performance machine-readable, not verified. |
| BK04 | Group and article — window unit, glazing, fittings | Supplier-side grouping used to find candidates for the stated requirement. |
Identity → classification → contract → recipe → product selection → price → carbon. Energy requirements arrive through the contract, not through the family name.
- A U-value in a type parameter is a claim; the declaration document is the evidence.
- Glazed area from the model and the supplier's sold unit are different quantities and must not be silently equated.
BIM data is evidence, not authority
A parameter in a model is a claim made by whoever typed it. Treating claims as authority is how wrong numbers get inherited across an entire project.
Decision receipts: proving why a construction choice was made
A receipt is not a report. It is the reconstructable record of one decision: its scope, its evidence, the rules applied, and the exact versions in force.
